Prism is a strategy that uses an optimized version of the Smart Center Pro software. There are no special installer files for Smart Center, it will be installed when you install the VSA tools and it will be activated when you purchase or lease the software.
If you are a new customer that has never installed our VSA software, follow the instructions online in the Prism package to install the VSA plugin and scanner and then activate it. If the plugin and scanner are not activated, you will not be able to access VSA Smart Center.
If you are an existing customer that already has our VSA software installed and it is active, you may have to restart your trading platform for the "Switch to Smart Center" option to become visible. If it does not show up, then open a support ticket and we will assist you.
