There are some settings that you need to configure in MT4 before you install VSA. These instructions will explain how to do this.


  1. Click Tools on the menu of MT4.
  2. Choose Options. 
  3. Select the Charts tab.
  4. Set the Max bars in history between 5000 and 3000.
  5. Set the Max bars in chart to 3000. 
  6. Now select the Expert Advisors tab.
  7. Check the Allow DLL imports... box.
  8. Click the OK button. 

This will ensure that your VSA will work correctly in MT4 after you have installed it.
