Windows did not label the update as a service pack, they have labeled it as a convenience rollup. This link will take you to the Microsoft website to download the files.

If you use the 32-bit version of Windows 7 then select the first link in the list, and if you use the 64-bit version of Windows 7 select the 3rd link in the list.
