3. Configuring Trusted zone for GoToAssist Remote Support

  1. Add the following files of GoToAssist Remote Support to the Trusted zone:

  2. If you are using a 32-bit operating system:

    • C:\Program Files\Citrix\GoToAssist Remote Support Customer\gtax_host.exe 
  3. If you are using a 32-bit operating system:

    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\GoToAssist Remote Support Customer\gtax_host.exe 

 

  1. In the dialog box titled Exclusions for application, select the check boxes Do not monitor application activityand Allow interaction with application interface for each executable file added.
